Services

The features listed in the table below also include support for the following hardware components in your system, hard disk, cd-rom, graphics card, memory, processor, power supply and motherboard. Hardware will be covered, including labour costs, as long as the hardware meets our support requirements.

Install Urgent Critical Updates & Security Fixes

Weekly Housekeeping & Proactive Maintenance – Servers
Add/Remove/Change User Accounts
Approve Application Updates & Service Packs for Installation
Analyse Log Files in Detail for Potential Problems
Check for & Install Any Driver Updates Available
Server & Network Perimeter Security Checks

Monthly Housekeeping & Proactive Maintenance – Servers
Check for Errors & Defragment Hard Drives
Perform Offline Integrity Check of Exchange Information Store
Perform Offline Defragmentation of Exchange Information Store

Weekly Housekeeping & Proactive Maintenance - Workstations
Approve Application Updates & Service Packs for Installation

Monthly Housekeeping & Proactive Maintenance – Workstations
Check for & Install Any Driver Updates Available
Remove Temporary Files & Installation Logs
Check for Errors & Defragment Hard Drives

Technical Support
Unlimited Helpdesk Access (we operate a “fair use” policy)
Support for Remote Users (Working from Home / Mobile)

Service Review & Inclusive Consultancy Time
Periodically Review Support Incidents, SLA & Level of Cover
Periodically Hold 'Surgery' Sessions - Staff can discuss their general computer-related questions (including systems and software not covered under the support contract) with one of our consultants. This facility is only available when at least one server and five workstations are covered.
